Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Time

SMART products love to be on time. After you submit an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Within the continental U.S., you should receive your order in 3-7 business days after the shipment date. Remember that delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is FREE for U.S. orders over $150. For smaller orders, our standard shipping fee is applied.

International Shipping

We deliver with the corresponding delivery rates as listed below:

  • US$ 25 Canada

Currently, we are not shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada. Please sign up for our newsletter, and we'll inform you when we expand our shipping options.

General

All orders are subject to SMART product availability. While we strive to keep our stock updated on our webpage, if your order goes through and an item is not in stock, we will notify you and refund the unavailable products to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want your SMART order to arrive in the best condition, but sometimes accidents happen. If there is any damage to the product upon delivery or you find a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@smartlimbs.org. We will work to find a solution as soon as possible.

Return / Exchange Policy

We understand that purchasing online without trying it on might be difficult. With this in mind, we gladly accept returns and exchanges, no matter the reason. At SMART, we're here to help ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

If there was a problem with your order or our products did not meet your expectations, please contact us at info@smartlimbs.org. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different item or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still attached and be in the original product packaging.

  • Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use (unless quality issues related to normal use are experienced).

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@smartlimbs.org with your order number, the products for return/exchange, your preference for an exchange or refund, and the reasons for the return/exchange. We will assess the best options upon receiving your message and contact you shortly.

Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to process.

We cover any additional shipping fees to ensure you love your SMART products.

Your feedback is highly important to us and aids in our continuous improvement. Feel free to provide photos and comments on products that didn't meet your expectations.
